Houston Meetup Plans

It's been several months since last I heard of a Houston Brony meetup with advance notice. So, I want to plan one.

I want it to be sometime this summer so school's out and more can attend. I'll need to find a good gathering place, at the moment Im thinking Memorial Park would be a great place, but I don't know what entertainment or restuarants are around that area as I rarely go over there.

Any ideas for things to do?

Hello I Was Just Wondering If Yall Already Did The Meetup?

Cancelling my Houston meetup plans after seeing the results of today's Brony Meetup at SRO's today. Over 100 attended! Enough so that SRO's may become a regular meetup location from now on. There's talk of a convention next year, I'll keep my ear open for any news on that.
