Why do I feel like this kid is important? He showed up several times in the episode, once even hanging out with the CMC. I have the strangest feeling that we'll being seeing more of him.

He's the pony version of Josh Peck, from Drake and Josh.

Eh, more like Amanda Show-era Josh, he slimmed down a lot during Drake & Josh. Back to my point, he was sitting with the CMC's....IN THE FOREGROUND. I think he might turn into a speaking character

That's what I meant. I always liked Josh better before he became freakishly tall and skinny. And yeah, he may be important later on, we haven't seen that design before.

I can actually corroborate "Russel". I saw it on Ponychan as well, but I thought it would be funnier to think of him as Josh.
